AISHINE Return & Exchange Policy
At AISHINE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our products, we place great importance on hygiene and personal hygiene. Our return and exchange processes are outlined below.
1. Right of Withdrawal
According to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, consumers have the right to withdraw from distance sales within 14 days of the delivery date.
Products to be returned:
Unused and untested.
The labels must not have been removed.
The hygiene tape must be undamaged.
Shipped in its original packaging and complete.

Returns of products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2. Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
The following product groups, which are related to hygiene and personal use, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Briefs
String
Boxer
Slip
Corset
Sock
Body products that come into direct contact with the skin
Garter belts and garter sets
Babydoll and similar fantasy lingerie products
For hygiene and personal use products, opened packaging, damaged seals, or products that have been tried are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Products that have been opened, have a damaged seal, have been tried on, or are likely to be used personally are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
3. Terms of Change
For products not covered under the hygiene policy, you can request an exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
For change:
The product must be unused.
It should be on the label.
It must be delivered to us undamaged.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivery
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
After the necessary inspection, the exchange or refund will be processed free of charge.
5. Return Process

You need to send it to this address.
After approval, return shipping information will be shared with you. Once the product reaches us, the inspection will be completed, and if found suitable, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the method you used for payment.
6. Shipping Fee
We will cover the shipping costs for defective or faulty products.
For returns and exchanges of products not covered under the hygiene regulations, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
